"Service(s)" includes, but is not limited to, luxury pet travel planning, consultation, and booking services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature of the travel arrangements.

3.2 Payment Terms

We accept payments via major credit cards, wire transfers, and other specified methods. Failure to make payments within the required time may result in cancellation of your booking.

3.3 Pricing & Changes

Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, and other travel-related costs. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time before a booking is finalized.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

4.1 Cancellation By Client

Cancellation policies vary based on the specific service booked. Refunds may be available depending on the terms set forth by airlines, hotels, and other travel providers. Certain bookings may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.

4.2 Cancellation By Hounds Travel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule travel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative travel arrangements or refunds.

4.3 Changes & Modifications

Requests for changes to bookings must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and additional fees.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they meet all necessary travel requirements, including valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and pet travel documentation. We are not liable for denied entry or travel disruptions due to insufficient documentation.

6. Pet Travel Policies

Clients must adhere to all airline, hotel, and country-specific regulations regarding pet travel. Hounds Travel, LLC does not assume responsibility for pet-related travel restrictions, denied entry, or additional fees imposed by third parties. Clients must ensure that their pets are fit to travel and meet the health requirements of the destination country.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Hounds Travel, LLC acts as an intermediary between clients and travel providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, and transport services) and is not responsible for actions or omissions by third-party service providers. We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hounds Travel, LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
